6.4 Driver Training: Maintenance Management

DRIVER TRAINING MATERIALS: Once you have read and understood how to meet your Maintenance Management responsibilities, please submit the relevant Driver Training Acknowledgment Form at the bottom of this page.

FAULT REPORTING SLIP

You are expected to conscientiously complete your DAILY pre-start check before every shift & report any faults. 

VEHICLE SERVICE NOTIFICATION

You will be notified by SMS text message when your vehicle is approaching the due date for servicing.  It is your responsibility to contact Charlie (mechanic) 0438 661 173 or Geoff to book your vehicle in for its service. 

A Service:  every  10,000 - 15,000 km

B Service:  every 25,000 - 30,000 km

C Service & NHVR Inspection:  100,000km or annually


APPROVED EXTERNAL REPAIRERS
