Driver Training Acknowledgment Form to be submitted once your induction &/or refresher reading is completed.
After reviewing the relevant induction/training materials, you are required to submit the relevant form/s for each section. The form will ask you to:
- acknowledge your understanding,
- date and submit the form.
Your training records will automatically be recorded and collated.
